This book is fantastic and I loved it! I am finished with it and was thinking what if it was a movie though? It isn't so if I were a casting director here are the people I would pick to play the roles: These are just famous celebrities and not all are actors and actresses but most are.
Gretchen: Taylor Momsen
Grace: Amanda Seyfried
Greer: Dakota Fanning
Nick: Riker Lynch
Milo: Vic Fuentes
Kyle: Luke Hemmings
Thane:
Grace's Mom: Julia Roberts
Grace's Dad: Ben Affleck
Greer's Mom: Idina Menzel
Greer's Dad: Ben Stiller
Stheno: Michelle Pfeiffer
Euryale: Dedee Pfeiffer
These are just some of the main characters but I think these people would fit these parts well! :)
You can find all these people except for Vic Fuentes on www.IMDB.com
You can find Vic Fuentes on www.Google.com if you type in his name or the band, Pierce the Veil.
